Development
Planning Permission was granted by Arun District Council on 18th October 2018 for the construction of 12 affordable dwellings on Angmering CLT land at Mayflower Way, Angmering.
At present, these properties will consist of 3 x 3 Bedroom, 6 x 2 Bedroom and 3 x 1 Bedroom dwellings.
Groundworks are all in place and the project will go out to tender in due course.
