Development
Planning Permission was granted by Arun District Council on 18th October 2018 for the construction of 12 affordable dwellings on Angmering CLT land at Mayflower Way, Angmering.
The development will consist of eight Affordable Rental properties and four properties that will be offered on a Shared Ownership leasehold basis. These properties will consist of 3 x 3 Bedroom, 6 x 2 Bedroom and 3 x 1 Bedroom dwellings.
Pre-commencement ground clearance works including installation of the soakaways and the drainage scheme for the connection of a foul water sewer has now begun after Sunninghill was selected as the successful contractor folowing a competitive tender process. We will also be running a new power cable to the site as the existing cable has reached its capacity.
